PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES Successful completion of a two-year post secondary course in accountancy, business, marketing or other related commercial discipline At least three years of experience in sales, marketing or banking. Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English Ability to work within a team Effective interpersonal, communication and marketing skills Customer focus with commercial judgment; Familiarity with the local market needs Problem solving abilities Ability to cope with change and pressure. It’s desirable to have a university degree in business administration, accountancy or economics.
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Basic Salary: Monthly basic salary $751.70; plus a currency adjustment factor (present rate 15.54%) and monthly dependency allowance up to $123.25. Contract Duration: Three years including 1 year probation period. Leave: 30 days annual leave Pension: Provident Fund contribution Other conditions of service and benefits may apply.
EQUIVALENCY Candidates with an equivalent combination of relevant academic qualifications, professional training and progressive work experience may also be considered Qualified candidates will be required to undergo tests and a competency based interview.
