The arousal is the component to the behavior of a person or an emotion and our emotions are a strong part of our behavior. For example being arousal is a example of how driving down the high way and someone pulls out in front of me and I become scared. Another example is walking out in the yard in the summertime looking down and there is a snake in the yard. Your emotion has just affected your behavior and you will become arousal. According to the text the physiological arousal can refers to those bodily changes that correspond to our feelings of being energized, such as sweaty palms and increased muscle tension, breathing, and heart rate and these changes indicate that the body is getting ready for action much like starting a car’s engine means that it’s ready to move.(Decker, 2010).The arousal and the behavior can influence the emotions and having balance and is most intensity to a little arousal. Tense arousal is a dimension characterized by a range of feelings from calmness and stillness at the low end to tension and anxiety at the high end.(Decker, 2010)
