Organizational Behavior is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals and group structure have on behavior within organization for the purpose of applying such knowledge towards improving organization effectiveness.

1. Differentiate between Team and Group.

A team is internally organized, with specific goals and usually with specific roles for different members of the team. A group is just a collection of people with something in common, such as being in the same place or having a shared interest.

Group:
A group is the combination of things or people organized for short period of time to achieve short time objectives. for example; a group of the students in the class organized for short period of time to achieve some specific objective like assignment discussions etc.

Team:
A Team is the combination of people organized for long term objectives; for example teams in the organizations, Pakistan cricket team etc.
