WALMART STORES NEED UNIONS
Have you ever been accused of something you didn’t do while at work? Have you ever had your hours you have worked cut from your check? Situations similar to the previous questions happen all the time at Wal-Mart stores everywhere. Wal-Mart associates needs someone to help defend them. Even though organizing unions throughout Wal-Mart will cost a significant amount of money, all Wal-Mart stores should have unions. Unions help defend workers when they are mistreated.

Members of the union will elect a spokesperson to represent them in which we call a union representative. Members of the union are required to pay union dues they are a weekly/monthly fee that comes out of your check.
Unions of some sort have been around for over 200years, they did not become meaningful until the 1930’s.There was a dramatic rise in unions from the 1930’s when it was there was only about 12 percent of the labor force. In 1935 the labor force that was in the union was between 32 percent, and 35percent. By the 1950’s most of the American economy had been largely organized, and millions of workers saw improvements in their working conditions.
The Company Wal-Mart doesn’t do the United States any good at all. Wal-Mart entering
China into the World trade had a significant impact on the United States. China entering into the
World Trade was supposed to increase and create job in the United States, but those promises
have been unfulfilled. Exports support jobs in the United States but imports displace the jobs in
the U.S. Wal-Mart has increased their exports with China we know that this will not help the
