Analysis of five internal VSM systems within ABF, gives me a clear view that these five internal VSM systems could help a company to manage complexity.
The five internal VSM systems within ABF organization are:
System 1: Operations

System 2: Stability

* The complexity which arise from such stress could be managed by vigorous and continuous planning trying to increase market sales, this may works according to market circumstances but I think that the real solution will comes from increase innovation and advertisement among all sectors, media, networks, field force has a major role to increase sales and decrease stress on our management team, sales team could make weakly plan for their sales around one month , managers could give sales team members higher number than their budget to be achieved to enforce them to work hardly and use commissions to motivate them, stress considered as complexity on famous and international food production company as ABF, which could get rid of.
