Is an international company in 53 different countries, in the hands of private owners It is for profit, and active in the tertiary sector because they also sell those clothes.
Their purpose is to sell fast fashion to a wide variety of customers and satisfy their needs for clothes.
The owners are the shareholders, so it is public limited liability.
Stakeholders P2
H&M is a customer-focused company. Understanding and meeting their needs is at the core of everything they do they engage them by:
* In-store customer interactions
* Customer service organization

They influence the company by delivering the products to the stores making it possible for the customers to buy the clothes. And with that satisfy their needs for clothes.

H&M is a publicly listed company. As such, they are accountable to our investors.
How they engage their investors:

* Annual and quarterly reports and related press and telephone conferences
* Monthly sales figures
* Individual meetings
The investors are needed help grow the company. That makes it possible to build bigger stores and improve their products quality.

Is an national company in the Netherlands. In the hands of private owners. It is for profit, and active in the quaternary sector because they the deliver the service of bringing you from point A to point B by train.
Their purpose is to bring their customers/ travelers to their destination on time and as pleasing as possible.
The owners are the shareholders so it is public limited liability, however the shares are for a 100% owned by the Dutch state which also makes it private limited liability.

Ns is a train network company bringing their customers from point A to point B. the customers are important stakeholders they are the company’s main source of income.
Prorail is the owner of the railway network in the Netherlands. They make it possible for the ns to let their trains ride this makes them one of the most important stakeholders of NS. Prorail makes sure that the railways are in good condition so the trains can drive them safely.
Minister of finance
He’s one of the NS’s shareholders and takes responsibility for the financial policy.
Ministry of infrastructure and environment
They take part of the responsibility in the safety, performance and safety of the NS they also take part in making the transport plan form both regular and high speed trains this goes in cooperation with the national politics.
