The total quality machine is workforce. And Apple Inc. only hired people who passionate about what they do.
3. What is the importance of total quality to achieving competitive advantage?
Total quality is an approach that seeks to improve quality and performance which will meet or exceed customer expectations. This can be achieved by integrating all quality-related function and processes throughout the company. Total quality focuses strongly on the importance of the relationship between customers and supplier. There are known as the quality chain and they can be broken at any point by one person of equipment not meeting the requirement of the customers.
