Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, which includes Walt Disney World and Disneyland, owns the most popular resorts in North America. In transition, we ask who is the man behind it all and what were his foundings and early successes. It had been Walter Elias Disney, but people called him Walt, for short. Walt Disney had started a revolution, he had changed drastically in the way people thought and behaved. In the beginnings, in 1923, Walt, Roy, and Ub Iwerks founded The Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio, and is where they produced Aliceâ€™s Wonderland. Then, he renames The Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio to Walt Disney Studios. In 1927, The Alice in Wonderland series ended, and Walt picks up the contract to animate Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. In 1929, the First Silly Symphony: The Skeleton Dance has been produced. Then, three other companies, Walt Disney Enterprises, Disney Film Recording Company, and Liled Realty and Investment Company, are formed. In 1930, Pluto had appeared on screen to accommodate Mickey Mouse. In 1932, Flowers and Trees have been released, which was the first Three-Strip Technicolor short. That same year, Goofy made his first appearance on screen. In 1934, Donald Duck makes his first debut on screen. In 1937, Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs becomes the first feature the studio produces. In 1938, the three companies, Disney Film Recording Company, Liled Realty and Investment Company, and Walt Disney Enterprises have decided to conglomerate and name the company Walt Disney Productions. In 1940, the studio is moved to Burbank, California where Pinocchio and Fantasia was released, which became both extremely successful. In 1941, the United States entered World War II, and that time the studio was making morale advocacy propaganda films. In 1950, the animated Disney feature film, Cinderella had its first appearance on screen. In transgression, Walt Disney makes big decisions for the good of the company, which leads them to success. In 1952, Walt forms WED Enterprises to design his theme park, then the following year, Walt Disney forms Retlaw Enterprises, itâ€™s purpose was to control the rights to his name, which later owned and operated the Disneyland railroad and the Monorail in Disneyland. In 1954, the studio employs Buena Vista Distribution to distribute their feature films (http://www.answers.com/main/ntquery?s=Disney+&gwp=13). Thereupon, the process and steps in which Walt Disney had to take in order for his company to be on top was a difficult task.
