What about every day courage? Can certain actions done by just any ordinary person in any ordinary situation be considered as courageous? Is courage measured by physically giving someone’s life away, for somebody? We can say that courage is being strong even though you are afraid, but on the other hand it is risks without knowing the future result. Bravery, Heroism, Spirit, Boldness, Persistence, Fearlessness, Determination. These words can all be a view from a point of being synonyms to the word courage. This word is a combination of these words, and has a deeper meaning.
Can certain actions done by just any ordinary person, in any ordinary situation be considered as courageous? Any kind of person can be courageous. You do not have to be a Police Officer, or a Firefighter to have courage. Most people are just born with natural courage. Would do whatever possible to save a person, or an animal in need of being rescued. They are not afraid of what might happen to them. All that matters to them is helping someone in need, if they can. Courage can be anything from rescuing someone from a fire, getting a cat down from a tree, or even reporting child abuse on someone who is definitely abusing their child. Stopping a fight or helping a woman who is being abused by her husband, or boyfriend. Are other examples of someone who has courage?
In ancient times courage was considered to be is one of four essential virtues. Wisdom, Courage, Temperance, and Justice. Analyzing this point of view it is easy to understand why. Courage is considered one of the most important qualities in a man, because without it he would not be able to show his other virtues. He would be afraid of being judged. It comes from your soul. It is an integral part of a man’s personality. A description of a real decent man. It is expected to have a positive meaning. When an action is made for some kind of improvement. It is an action when a person goes through difficulties, or bears up against the evil to do something good, or to improve something, and does not expect to gain anything from it. Courage is a state of the heart, when dignity is the ruling force. It does not matter who wants the life of another person or earning money to pay for the kid’s education.
