EAGLE COMPUTERS ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Every organization needs a management team which will see to the day-to-day activities of the organization. Without a management team, there is no direction for the organization, which could be likened to a house without the head. Eagle Computers cannot see progress without these teams of workers and without them EC is not. This brings us to the definition of a management team. Mrs. Addo-Teye holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and has served on several boards.
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) is in charge of issues relating to marketing, sales, production, and personnel. He takes care of the day-to-day activities of EC and reports these activities to the CEO. He is very dynamic and has held senior management level positions in several companies and was successful. Mr. Alibaba holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and operations management and an MBA from Grand Canyon University.
The chief financial officer (CFO) is responsible for the analysis and review of EC’s financial data, reports financial performance, budget preparation, and monitoring EC’s expenditures and costs. Mr. Djandu has an MBA in international business and once served as the finance minister in Ghana between 2000 and 2008. We hope to tap on these experiences.
The chief technology officer (CTO) is the head of technology and product planning. Mr. Smith is responsible for managing all of EC’s technological offerings and expansion, and market research. Mr. Powers hold a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Lehigh University as well as a certification from the Executive MBA Institute in Stanford University. With his knowledge, we know he will initiate and innovate, products to meet the computer needs of our customer base (Wikipedia, 2013).
The chief revenue officer (CRO), Mr. Kamasa, has an MBA with emphasis in accounting, finance, and marketing. He has held numerous sales and marketing management positions. He is the former sales manager for Melcom Ghana Ltd and the revenue officer for Internal Revenue Service for Ghana and won the Achievement Award.
The chief visionary officer (CVO), Mr. Laud Kissi is holds a bachelor degree in economics and an MBA from Ohio State University and a Ph.D. he has worked with many software companies. He is responsible for defining corporate strategies, working plans, and product ideas.
The chief information officer (CIO) is Mrs. Dagerty who has certification if information technology, a bachelor degree in Marketing and an MBA from the university of Colorado. As the CIO, she will be responsible for the necessary technology EC needs to maintain foundational software for any new applications (Wikipedia, 2013).

Strategy: EC has a very strong human capital and committed to employee personal growth. EC will differentiate itself in the market by establishing its business as a clear and viable alternative for our target market by offering high-quality service. Our computers are created to entice and speak to consumers who are looking for high-end computers at moderate prices. Management will always modify our products to meet customer needs and also adapt to changing market conditions for a competitive advantage. (Market simulation, 2012)
