The author ends the article saying that polling analyst Scott Clement contributed to Rubio’s statements.

The central problem of the article is the importance of minorities Hispanics.
To give a problem one’s careful consideration we should begin with the importance of Hispanics not only in the election, but in the country’s life at all.
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) stated there are more than 200-million migrants around the world today. Sixty percent of these immigrants were now in developed countries, an increase on 1990. Those in less developed countries stagnated, mainly because of a fall in refugees. The numbers of people living outside their country of birth is expected to rise in the future. The Middle West (USA), some parts of Europe, some small areas of South West Asia, and a few spots in the East Indies have the highest percentages of immigrant population.
There are some other minorities, for example Gender and sexuality,Religious ones and so on. Persons belonging to religious minorities have a faith which is different from that held by the majority. As a rule members of minority groups are prone to different treatment in the countries and societies in which they live. Adherents of Ayn Rand's laissez-faire philosophy of Objectivism regard every person as an independent, it holds that a civilized society, or any form of association, cooperation can be achieved only on the basis of the recognition of individual rights and that a group, as such, has no rights other than the individual rights of its members.
As it was mentioned there are more than 200-million migrants around the world today. As for The US, Hispanics account for more than 16% of the population. So the minority plays the great role in the presidential election. The key to this thing is what percentage of Hispanic votes the candidate has in the battleground states. They are the states in which no single candidate or party has overwhelming support in securing that...
