Technology is used on a daily basis. To get to work, school, or appointments on time we use our alarm clocks to help us wake up. How would we be able to communicate with one another, especially those who live far away? Do you think we will be able to experience the same joy and happiness without technology? I believe we should all focus more on face-to-face relations rather than just the screen in front of us. Today, we are excessively dependant on technology whether we are at home, school, or work. Let us face it; technology efficiently reduces the time it takes to perform our daily tasks.
Today, technology has benefited us in speed and efficiency. Technology has simplified our lives, cut costs, cut travel time, improved communication, as well as time spent on labor.
Social media has made communicating with friends and family much easier. Unlike snail mail communicating through emails, texting, cellular phones, etc. allows instant responses from the recipient. Modern kitchen technology has cut the time spent on preparing meals and drinks, and keeps our food from spoiling. Other technology has helped bring energy and water into our homes and has even allowed the deaf to have the ability to finally hear. Technology has also made paying bills and online banking accessible from a person's home.
