Stress Management
In SAR2, I found that I have score higher than the mean. actually I am not surprised because I used to do my tasks in time which makes me comfortable, it is rarely to do things out of my prepared "to do list" and I always track it and I priorities my tasks. from my study in chapter 2, I found many practices I already do that eliminate stress, going to fitness club and doing many kinds of practices like taking deep breath or relaxing muscles. On the other hand, I have many stress causes that make me stressed, I will discuss them in my future action plan to be addressed to be solved.

Fourth, I need to maintain balance in my life by pursuing a variety of interests outside of work . interest of having balanced social relationships. fifth, when I face a stress , I can chose one of four scenarios, avoid , adapt, alter, or accept. avoid by learn how to say no because I know my capabilities. also avoid by not listening to news or don't do things make me stressed. if I can't avoid a specific situation, I will try to alter it. for example, if chatty person call me during my exam study, I tell him that I have 5 minutes only to talk to him. adaptation is a method to less stress by change the expectation into positive expectation, for example, when I be in traffic jam, I get stress, but I can adapt to this situation and exploit the time by reading or listening to my favorite radio channel. acceptance, in this life many things are not changed like death or like people behavior, accept such facts and forgive people will lessen the stress.

Evaluating The Action Plan.
1- start writing all the situations that make me stressed, writing pre-action and post-action toward every stress cause. mark how much the stress every time. and address the (avoid, alter, accept, or adapt) for each situation.
2- type the times that I share information to my closed friend. it is supposed to be increased within the time.
3- write the problems I will face and define them well as well as suggest the alternative solution, then I will discuss them with my friends to evaluate my problem definition skill.
4. state how many homework that I need help to solve them, try to do them alone and monitor how I can decrease the times I need help from others.
