When a person or persons decides to start a business, there are several things they need to consider, first of all a strategic management plan will need to be outlined determining the what, where, and how of the business. This will include deciding the different divisions that will make up the business and the roles these areas will play in the day to day operation of the company. The strategic planning committee included five board members and three staff on the management team.

Riggenbach’s Auto Restoration provides excellent customer service and a stress free billing and payment process will keep customers coming back and encourage them to spread the word of the service provided. Having reliable, and confident staff will permit a decrease in the owners’ concern in the day to day administrative responsibilities from 50% to 20% of their time, this allows them more time to focus on the sales and marketing duties of the business as well as letting them participate in the actual restorations and repairs of the vehicles.
