M. Being that we are open later on weekdays, will give our clients a chance to come in after work and wind down to one of our exceptional services.
All of Tranquility’s employees will be highly trained on the service they will be handling. Our hair stylists will be highly trained on the latest hair styles if not already. Our hair stylists will also have a degree in cosmetology and will display their degrees for their clients to see. We will also have in house trainings on any new hair styles once a year so our hair stylists are up to date on what is available within the hair salon markets. Every hair stylist is required to attend these trainings so our employees can provide equal hair cuts and styles to all of our clients. We will also perform background checks on our hair stylists schooling and past employment history so we are sure we have the most experienced employees for our clients.
Our massage, manicure, and pedicure employees will also go through an extensive background check to ensure we hire the right employees for the services. There will also be training on new massage, manicure, and pedicure techniques so our spa can keep up with the latest technology. We want to ensure our clients can get the services they want within our facility so there is no need to shop around at other locations. The products used within our spa services will also be for sale in our product section of the spa. We want our clients to be able to take some of their spa experience home with them and having our supplies at their finger tips will help with the clients’ satisfaction.
After our employees have been chosen, we will then start the marketing of Tranquility. Tranquility will have an at home feeling when you walk in the door. The building space will be filled with warm colors to relax our clients. We will also feature water fountains and aroma therapy scents to set the atmosphere. We will have gift cards available for our clients to spread the wealth to other people. Our building will have a bright and vibrant sign outside to catch everyone’s eye and our building is also located in a central area in town so car traffic will easily spot our location. Before our spa opens, we will have message demos in the local mall so everyone can have a feel of what our spa will be like. The people will get to meet our staff and we will also hand out flyers about our spa so everyone has our contact information, what...
