The company will make over $500 million the same year. the coffee that they make is only global and its reputation for the fine products and service. in about 40 countries it has had about 9000 cafes. in 2005, Starbucks was in Fortune Top 100 companies to work for. the company depends on a competitive advantage for their retail of coffee.
star bucks always take advantage of the opportunities. in 2004 they partner up with Hewlett Packard to create a cd burning in California for their customers so they could listen to the music. they thought if they would make something for the customers to listen to while they drink coffee or lattés they would feel more relax and enjoy their selves. they have something called a Fair trade Market for the new products and service so they could be retailed. They would retail those items in grocery stores so they earn more money and that the customers could brew their own star bucks coffee at their own home or workplace. they also could expand their selves more globally than ever.
their cost of coffee and dairy products will be exposed to rise. but the way some people love their coffee it would be no problem for them. but on the other hand some people would not be able to afford it and they would problem have to do something a little cheaper for those customers. but by doing that they could lose some of their revenues be hand that. but they would not bring the price down on everything because that would not be good for the business.
