In this part of the lecture, I will talk about the strategies to deal with your competitors. The strategies play an indispensable part in the possibility to succeed of a company. The purpose is enhancing brand image in consumer’s minds, operating products advances. In today’s market, only high competitive products are able to become market leader. There are some manners:
1. Upgrading products regularly.
The target is elevating product’s quality so that it becomes more superior than the others. We should focus on technology problems, improve its high cutting-edge factors, make it more beautiful or permanent, stable, strong, long-term usability so that it can be prominent, noticeable, and distinguishable in comparison with rivals. This is an important part, Steve Jobs, Apple’s manager has talked about the birth of Iphone:” Let's make a great phone that we fall in love with.” So why not.

Even though the company gain lower profits, it is rather popular in business, because of the amazing increase in sales outlets is able to make up for that.

It’s immensely essential to alter competitive in business because every strategy even can be entirely successful in this situation but may become a disaster in another one.
