This paper is going to be discussed the Twitter social media outlets and also detailed about four components of legally astute social media marketing. This included the legal opportunities and constraints to comply the legal astute social media. In order to take the advantage of innovation, opportunity, regulation, and deregulation, this component offered the valuable proactive approach to regulation. The form of reaction-counteraction was to be taken by the counsel manager communication for viewing the legal status of Twitter social media marketing. Value laden attitude was to be the fourth component of social media marketing. It was to recognize for astute management in order to make firm’s success. This component confined the firm for the determination of value, rules of the game which were to be established by the law. It also determined the effects of development to more expectations for the enforcement of moral values. This law or component was to be based upon the moral and ethical considerations for making legal astute management teams.
The types of dispute resolutions were to be negotiation, mediation, settlement conferences, arbitration, and neutral evaluation. These were to be used for making conflict resolution between the parties and also resolutions provided the possible outcome and resolving situation among the parties when genuine disputes between the parties. These types of dispute resolutions provided effective respect, active listening and explanation of information between the parties during conflict. These also helped for receiving the vital information in order to evaluate the new options. In this case, negotiation would be most effective in resolving the genuine dispute which arises with consumers when purchasing business products for providing the links via social media. This referred that negotiation would be an effective dispute resolution which involved between consumer and seller in compromising an agreed solution when purchasing the products. In this case, consumer and seller had both legal representation of assistance for linking social media. It was not binding and hence this would make effectiveness in resolving genuine disputes.
Federal government followed the following principles for controlling the consumer transactions on social media. Federal government included the technological developments in order to ensure the consumers and to control the transaction of consumer on social media. It implemented the consumer payment control parameter for the configuration consumer control transactions. This included the compromising and obtaining of consumer device for storing the payment controls. The federal government also provided the procedure of individual control, respect for context, focused collection and accountability for shaping the balance and relative emphasis in order to control consumer transactions on media.
