a. With the nutritional chart provided this recipe is a huge balance of essential nutrients. One good reason is that it has numerous sources of vitamins and minerals that most people do not always get throughout the day.

a. This recipe can be altered by using olive oil instead of vegetable oil for one. Maybe adding no salt and using a salt substitute would include more nutrients to the recipe.

a. This is a healthy meal because it is low in fat, and the calories are also low in this meal. Chicken breast is one of the most used foods when it concerns dieting.
