INTRODUCTION

Such as: Form 137, Form 138, Photocopy of Birth Certificate, 2x2 ID pictures, and Good Moral Character. After the requirements have been processed, the student’s information will now be registered on the database. The registrar personnel will ask what payment plan you will choose and register it, the registrar personnel will look for subjects available for the old, new, and transferee students and they will assign the students in a section with their adviser.

The process of the registrar encountered problems on delay of assessing students, it shows that the faculties interpretation is that they moderately agree in facilitating the students. This shows that the enrollment in different levels has a delay because of loss of important papers and documents, and time consuming.

The Kids of the King Christian Academy have also a problem too with contacting the parents for the meetings, and grade releasing and attendance monitoring. Some students of the Kids of the King Christian Academy is not telling

their parents for the upcoming meetings and events in the school, the parents didn’t get any updates of their children what is happening in the school or what they’re doing at the school.

Based on the result of the survey conducted by the proponents, it shows that there’s a need to develop School Automate for Kids of the King Christian Academy, the proponents also adds Barcode Scanner for Attendance monitoring, this is use when the students are entering the school. As information Technology student, it is our role to contribute to the society through development of innovative business solution. The development of the system for Kids of the King Christian Academy perceived to increase efficiency in enrollment process, updating the parents, reduce the time needed to execute each enrollment period, eliminate manual data entry errors, improve employee satisfaction through more informed decision making and avoiding redundant tasks.

Objectives of the Study

General Objective

To design and develop an School Automate with Attendance and Grade Monitoring System with Barcode Scanner for Kids of the King Christian Academy.

Specific Objective

• To create a system that will perform its function correctly and secure the data by identifying the unauthorized user.

• To create a system that will perform its function efficiently.

• To provide an online database for student records

• A system that will create an account for registrar, faculties, accounting, administration, and parents.
