Samsung is a company which is known as a global multinational dealing with the manufacturing and promotion of the White Goods. In other words, it is a global supplier of appliances and gadgets used by potential consumers all around the world. The company has accomplished this wider business through powerful and strengthening strategies which helped them in gripping their products on the grounds. This assignment is based on the evaluation of the strategic direction of this company and so the culture is taken into consideration. This also provides the complete structure of the hierarchy structure of this organization.1

This could be achieved through the strengthening strategies and reliable productions which could be seen in the context of the company since the very beginning its establishments. The mission of this organization is to inspire the communities in which it trades through the four potential strengths attained by it that are new technology, innovation products, creative solutions and also though the promotion of new values for the core network owned by Samsung itself.4
Description of Samsung’s Culture
The focus of this company is completely on the innovational aspects and so is the culture within and outside the company maintained. The company bestows its principles on three most important aspects of culture to ensure a bright corporate culture in the company. These include the prioritization of the interest of the company in case of any legitimate conflict with the individuals. This attains the idea that no individual employed in to the company is allowed to use the assets for personal gains. Moreover, no security transitions are provided for any sort of internal trade. The second cultural aspects in the organization are that the company puts an extreme view of the intellectual properties of their own and so of the other involved with the company.5
The company does not allow anyone to exploit their provisions and so it respects others property in which the modification, copying, or even the distribution of these copies without the permission are all included. The third aspect included in these cultural obligations at Samsung is that the atmosphere inside this organization is tried to be made healthy for all. The organization for this purpose avoids any sort of sexual harassment, unsuitable temporary dealings and communication between the employees and any such violence. The employees are all deal with equivalence regardless of their cast, creed and color aspects. Not even the private groups are allowed in these organizations. Open communications are lead in between the employees and they are all suggested to keep their view towards their work processes and progresses for better opportunities in future.6
