The hotel is located in a prime location due to its proximity to both the Inner Harbor and the financial district. The location suites both the business executives coming into town during the week and the leisure travelers who are visiting over the weekend.
The yield management pricing system enables the hotel to operate much like the airlines to maximize occupancy rates with variable pricing.

The Royale Suites will take advantage of Baltimore’s great schools for visual and culinary arts. We will form a Baltimore-Chesapeake partnership with local professionals in related arts to create a five-star restaurant exclusively for Royale Suites featuring classic dishes such as Maryland Crabs and other seafood. The art, décor, and cuisine will be thematically built around Baltimore, Maryland and the joint-venture collaboration between local art schools such as the Maryland Institute of Creative Arts and the Baltimore Culinary Institute will be a cornerstone of integration of the community and business.

In addition, we will create customized targeting of the Bus Tours, Corporate Groups, Airlines and Weekend Packages.
