How Pricing Strategy Supports Your Branding Strategy
The pricing strategy supports the branding strategy of this company because they both incorporate the values and mission of the firm. The pricing strategy allows our target market to purchase products that they once believed to be unattainable while the branding strategy enforce company values and gain brand loyalty while enhancing their image through public relations.
Distribution Channel Analysis
A simple distribution network will be used by this company initially but as the demand for the products increase additional channels will be used. The distribution channel will consist of a single source supply which is our Chinese manufacturer, we are the retailers who in turn try to reach the demands of consumers. We will determine which logistic company would be best to use to distribute products by identifying which company would best meet our needs and getting products for consumers for the cheapest price. We can also incorporate online orders to increase market share and use the internet as another route to connect with consumers. In evaluating possible channels, it may be helpful first to analyze the distribution channels used by competitors. This analysis may reveal that using the same channels would provide the best option, or it may show that choosing the alternative channel structure would give the small
