1. Introduction 1.1 The Skyri police The  Skyri  police  plays  an  important  role  in  the  municipality.  The   Skyri  police  is  under  the supervision  and  reports  directly  to  the  city  manager.  The  Skyri  police  is  headed by  a  chief officer  who  is  responsible  for  all  of  the  police  duties,  budgets  and results.  The  Skyri  police has  around  20  employees.  Since  the  problematic  economic  situation  in  Skyri  these  years, the  Skyri  police  has  an  increased  yet  limited  budget   each  year.

Besides  all  the  duties and tasks ongoing, the Skyri police also has ambitious plan in the next few  years.  The  Skyri  police  wants  to  build  a  trustworthy  reputation  in  the  municipality, including  updating  it’s  current  online  web  services.  The  Skyri police also want to improve its resource  usage  and  working  efficiency  within  the  police,  by  making  use  of  the  new  ICT solution. The  Skyri  police  follows  national  laws  and  regulation,  especially:  Personal  Data  Act, Freedom  of   Information  Act.  In  addition,  the  police  also  follows  Police  Act  and  police instructions.  Despite  remain  in  accordance  with  national  procedures  and  policies,  the  Skyri police  operates  independently  (local  autonomy),  locally   anchored  and  work  in  a knowledge­based manner. 1.2 Risk Universe of Skyri police The overall business objectives are maintaining of peace and order, reducing crime and insecurity for the public, with a basis in the strategic and budgetary limitations laid down by the municipality. The Skyri police has been relied on several IT systems, being: emergency response system, crime analysis system, communication system. These IT systems are provided by our suppliers, maintained by ITALL, and the final customer is the public. One example is the online service that providing help and communication to the public. There are also hardware

suppliers that provides both hardwares and support to the Skyri police. The Skyri police recently updated some IT systems.

2. Risk IT Framework In this report, we use risk IT framework to help us assess the risks in Skyri police. The scope of our assessment is to cover all IT related risk, risk management activities. IT risk is a component of the overall risk universe of the enterprise. Many IT risk issues can occur because of third party problems (service delivery as well as solution development)—both IT third parties and business partners (e.g., supply chain IT risk caused at a major supplier can have a large business impact).
