This is caused by the chemical produce by tobacco smoke, it can damage the DNA of cervical cells. Diet and drug use can also have a negative risk. Diets that are low in fruits and vegetables increase the risk of cervical cancer. According to the Mayo Clinic, about thirty percent of cancers are related to issues of nutrition, including obesity. By incorporating a healthy diet and a regular exercise program into our lives, you can not only loose weight, feel great, improve you overall health you can also decrease the chances of getting certain cancers as well as other illnesses.
