Organization Name: Consulting One Solutions

In response to your request the team has analyzed your HR system integration with existing tools to create a single integrated application. The development team has taken advantage of a more sophisticated information systems technology. The development team has determined that Riordan Manufacturing has developed from a small plastics research and development firm to an international plastics manufacturing corporation. We determined the development team can use the current hardware configuration due to the fact they have kept up with technology in their hardware.


Over the next few months the team will focus the method of our scope by multiple simulations and consultation meetings with Riordan Manufacturing HR and Hugh McCauley to determine how expansive and accurately comprehensive project task requirements. After a few meetings, the development team determined the details, such as: programming, testing and design timelines.
Project Issues, Goals and Constraints
The initial step in the execution of this project would be the design and the creation of the Oracle database. The Oracle database will be used because it allows us to establish a single integrated application by using a more sophisticated database for the new HRIS (Human Resources Information System). The PHP programming will be the interface the team uses to create the HRIS. It will allow for flexibility, and for future modifications to the HRIS application.
