Resolução do Questionário nº1 de Sistemas de Informação Q1) Os computadores são, actualmente, a tecnologia mais popular e eficaz que a sociedade dispõe para lidar com a informação e cada vez mais recorreremos ao uso de Sistemas de Informação baseados em computadores pois assim conseguimos lidar melhor com a informação quer para uso pessoal, quer para interagir com outras pessoas. Também temos a possibilidade manipular mais facilmente dados, a organização de informação e maior facilidade na tomada de decisão. Q2) A informação consiste na agregação de dados através de relações de complementaridade entre eles obtendo informação, sendo sempre direccionada e sujeita a contextos específicos. Q4) Sim claro, a forma como uma empresa lida com o exterior e a maneira como geram os dados, informação e conhecimento são exemplos de como a informação é tratada pode afectar empresa em questão. Q5) A definição de Informação pode variar muito pois depende da perspectiva de como estudam os Sistemas de Informação. Para mim, informação é um conjunto de dados que constitui uma mensagem sobre um determinado “fenómeno”. A informação permite assim resolver problemas e tomar decisões.

Q6) Em função da audiência, do contexto e características podemos admitir que há três níveis de informação: os dados, a informação e o conhecimento. No primeiro nível temos os dados que constituem os elementos que referenciam, qualificam e descrevem todos os itens necessários à operação do sistema de informação. No segundo nível, a informação, que consiste na agregação de dados através de relações de complementaridade entre eles. Por fim, no terceiro nível, o conhecimento, que permite a hierarquização da informação e possibilita a avaliação da informação disponível para a tomada de decisão. Q7) O fluxo de informação é o resultado dos dados, da informação e do conhecimento que são produzidos e consumidos numa empresa, por exemplo. Nessa mesma, a interacção com os clientes ou fornecedores produz dados, informação e conhecimento e o resultado disso é um fluxo que tem que ser organizado para ser usado em benefício da empresa em questão. Q8) Uma Informação tem três atributos: Tempo, conteúdo e forma. Para a informação ser de qualidade tem que, no atributo de Tempo ser pronta e actualizada. No atributo de conteúdo tem que ser precisa, relevante, amplitude e veridicidade. No atributo de forma tem que ser clara, detalhada, ordenada e bem apresentada. Q9) A informação é crítica para as organizações devido ao crescente recurso a computadores que veio possibilitar uma maior potencialização de comunicação, tratamento e armazenamento de informação.
