As far as I am concerned, Managerial Organization Behavior provides me with the most enlightenment and also requires most interaction, in my self-learning. This course covers almost all problems that we encounter in daily management. Although we have reflected on similar questions, few people can systematically summarize and analyze these problems. This course gives us a lot of inspiration, from the case studies to concrete problems encountered in actual work, which are shared with classmates in the classroom. This is indeed a very memorable and valuable experience. I believe this course will have a positive impact on students’ career in the coming decades.

Self-awareness and interaction with others are equally important for people.
As a Chinese old saying goes, if you know the enemy and yourself, you can fight a hundred battles and win them all. I believe that self-awareness constitutes a quite important part in emotional intelligence and understanding own personality traits is a basis for choosing the career development direction. However, in the past few years, I have been more concerned about the interaction with others and learning how to communicate with other colleagues, but have paid little attention to self-awareness. Through MOB, I have learned the right way to improve self-awareness.

I am grateful to the online evaluating system, since it can accurately identify assessors’ weakness. From the test results, it can be seen that the score I get in testing my self-disclosure and openness to feedback from others is higher than the mean score, which is in line with my actual situation. I am really willing to share my thoughts and questions with my classmates and friends. However, in some cases, I think too highly of others’ views on mine, since I cannot do what I really want.
In this respect, I find two problems. The first one is that since I lay too much emphasis on others’ views on myself, I usually go against my original ideas when doing things. For example, a friend invites me to attend a small party. Although I plan to deal with some more important private affairs, I would choose not to do them, against my own will, and attend a party which is not quite important, so as not to make friends feel that I am an unsocial people. However, in fact, it turns out that my friends would not have some unhappy views on my absence of a party. So I think when I do things, I should firstly ask myself what I really want to do and then do what you think you should do.
The second problem is that I have found a right people from whom I can get consolation and advice. In the growth process of each people, it is inevitable to encounter difficulties. However, it is impossible for us to deal with all difficulties by ourselves. Therefore, as that has been recommended by Bruce, if I can find a right mentor who can give me the right guidance when I encounter problems at work or in daily lives, this mentor will be my lifetime wealth. However, I am not lucky enough to find such a mentor. I always feel that people do not have an obligation to help a person who is not so intimate with them. Moreover, since I think that people who are qualified to be mentors are usually quite busy, I am afraid of being rejected when I ask for help from...
