As we head toward the expansion of Clapton Commercial Construction and the future site of business in Arizona. We are glad you chose Atwood and Allen Consultants, during this business plan. In any case, as the company grows, so do people, and their reliance on the company. If the benefits outweigh the need for change or relocation, we have established an excellent primacy for stability in Arizona. Forecasting the future of the company, and the demographics will help prepare for what is to come.
We take into consideration the future goals of the company, and the man power pools available to our mission. Workforce needs have to be met, and considered. Our common goals at the present moment will be to cross train and identify the skills that can be combined to lean the organization as it grows. A growing lean company means more operation capital to implement these added benefits. With these identified it will be easier to duplicate the process in each job position. Our first year for this plan should equate to key positions that have a high monetary commitment. Refining these skill sets within the present workforce will ease the adjustment in applicable applications in the next site during the expansion. During the second and third year of leaning the workforce, a two to two point five percent raise in pay as the lean begins will provide the motivation for inner company growth and stability.
We shall monitor the new activities in training with identification of skill sets needed. Currently your current Human Resources Department have the cross comparisons in the industry for the new job descriptions. The detached team hired for Arizona will need to break ground in the new area with these same principles duplicated and place. They will have to apply the same techniques to the new team skill sets, and replicate the lean process with the help of the supervision of the work force. In order to have more skills per person, for the salaries expended. General workers must be carefully chosen to expand the new location, it will be best to hire a two percent overage to compensate for the projected losses. The new site has on going labor shortage because of the local crack down of undocumented labor in the area. Appetizing campaigns in the stimulus of employment for this industry should include California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.
