Introduction
Many organisations today use total quality management framework to improve their management and product continually to meet the customer requirement. Total quilty management is an approach that use to involve each person in the orgnasation and fixes the mistakes . (Talha, 2004)
The aim of this essay is to evaluate, discuss and critically analyse the case study of coke and lewis laboratory on how developing the total quality systems in the organisation . The author will discuss the challenges that faced the organisation of setting up the two quality management system .Furthermore; it is going to choose a suitable system for coke and lewis laboratory.
Back ground
In addition, when employees that related to the target of the company are occupied, the implementation of TQM will be successful. (Zhang, 2000:129-37).The program have advantage First saves the company some time on discussion of why the idea of some staff members implemented rather than other .secondly , rather make the employee attend the meeting of making the direction of the organizational ,he will focus on the duties of work (Deeb and Media, 2013). Finally Lewis (2007) pointed out that plans come from top management that are more knowledgeable what effect the organizational. However, there is some negative point such as not involve all the level of staff. Overall, this is a human resource management approach, it only use when the organisation want to be lead by the top management.
The second move was toward having team work or quality circle approach; means gathering of voluntarily employee in organization to solve problems related to job and analysis them. (Barrick and Alexander,1987). In addition, Rosenhauer, S (2009) defined teamwork, is to achieves a common goal and meet the needs of each member through making group of people. These systems encourage all employees to participate. Involving of employees is an effective management tool, has large impact on the organization improvement. (Wall and Wood, 2002) .Involve internal customer of all levels is efficient method to achieve quality (ISO17025,2010) .According to Thill and Bovée (2008, 40 )there are many benefits of quality circle on the other hand it has some limitation. The advantage of staff participation in making decisions will gain variety ideas for example when the company have diversity staff in the job they gain unique skills (Schippers et,al 2003).In additional, The decisions of the group are more efficiency(Salas et,al 2005). Besides, it makes the employee feel like they part of the work done. As shown in figure (1) it’s enhancing the productivity and the quality will improve. Also the loyalty of employee will increase.

Nevertheless, some of team member may not work an depends on the other, beside some of people are not a team players like to work alone. Furthermore, to take the decision in a team go through long process such of making meeting and etc.( Chris Joseph,2013). Overall, this approach can use to improve the human resource in the organization.
