A good example might be a family or person who doesn't have the money to purchase balanced diet, or they may reside in a place that food is limited and maintaining a healthy diet isn't a choice. One more instance is the fact that people reside in a place which is unsafe or there isn't an area to visit to have the right physical exercises. Some other elements which can be regarded as unmanageable might be a demise in the household which leads to major depression and may result in person to become fat some medical issues, and getting older.
