Internet Games Inc. requires a new companywide compliance system for expanding our company business. Based upon the company growth agenda, Internet Games, Inc. will also introduce a new compliance system with new compliance policies. All managers will require training to properly perform their jobs. The CEO of Internet Games Inc. will be also affected by new project. The CEO of Internet Games Inc. requires feedback to evaluate an important factor to the project for future training.
Objectives and Outcomes
Managers will be trained with hands-on courses that provide information which help them to complete the project effectively, and efficiently participate in the new policies and new compliance system. Proper training helps them to be clear about proper procedures and use of the new system. Managers will also be given detailed information about the new compliance policies and it will ensure that all employees follow the guidelines and are within the limits of the law.
Measures of Success
The evaluation of success for said project will be determined using various methods such as questionnaires, interviews, observation, and peer reviews. Interview of branch managers will be structured and conducted in person or by telephone if needed. Developers will observe how end users use the new compliance system. Peer reviews will see if all stakeholders meet the learning objective.
Measureable Organizational Value
The implementation of the new project of Internet Games Inc. will provide the training which will enable managers to solve problem and correctly conduct business on the new compliance system. The managers, after completion of training will be able to properly train their employees. As training is complete there should be fewer mistakes, as well as corruption of organizational and personal information.
