For the past few years, Cruisers has been your designated location to purchase the motorcycle you can trust. Our customer’s appreciate the level of experience we have, and our attention to customer service. Cruisers has made your purchases not only easy, but special. Because of the loyal relationship we have developed with all of our customers, Cruisers has chosen a different type of motorcycle. With the support of our customers and our research we should be able to accomplish short term and long term goals, in ...view middle of the document...

The customer still needs to stay our number one priority during this business expansion. From the beginning of our new project we will introduce the new model to our customers to get feedback. This will help us along the way, to show us how the customers opinions might be changing. While researching how this motorcycle is manufactured, we will learn about the qualities and characteristics of the bike and what we can eventually capture the customers attention with. The members of the project team will budget the cost for the next 5 years and always stay ahead of it to make sure that we do not go broke before we start selling the new bikes.
While production of the Touring Class of motorcycles begins, the dealers will need to each establish a good group of clientele to start selling the motorcycles. Our team members that are in charge of researching the market for these bikes will provide these dealers with the correct information they need to start advertising correctly. As the project manager I will make sure those team members have that information. As an introduction to the public that Cruisers is now offering a new line of motorcycles, we will begin producing a few test models for our customers to take a test ride. Cruisers has been offering test driving for years and it has shown to improve sales. When you have someone who may have just learned how to ride, or may be on the fence about purchasing their first bike, that test ride gives them a type of sales pitch you can’t do yourself. With Cruisers introducing this new model to test drive, customers will be able to compare and contrast the models side by side, and be able to decide which motorcycle is perfect for their needs. By introducing the model early, we will be able to receive feedback that we can use in our production. The top executives of Cruisers have realized this and used the customer’s opinions to the company’s advantage. Giving the customer the feel of the product reinforces the desire to own the product. This is the strategy initiative taken by Cruisers to target new customers for our new line of motorcycles.
Cruisers has historically aimed to produce what the customer’s wanted. We will produce a new model a in a different form for new audience. Our company has started focusing on balancing the cost so that we can provide the customer with the same product as other dealers, but at a better price. This is done keeping in mind how the global economy is doing. Members of our research team have made sure this is possible and that we aren’t ever in a bad place in the market.
The executives of Cruisers have made it very clear that with this project, we can not lose focus on what has always been important to this company. The management of the company believes they are not effecting the image of Cruisers if they are focusing on balancing some of the costs. This way, they can focus the saved money on enhancing the brand image and other activities for Cruisers. This in the end...
