ABSTRACT
The basis of this project was to create a business which will be viable in the country. A place where persons of all ages can go in and get games and accessory that will be fun to them and a place where one and meet and socialize with people. There will also be a testing area so that the employees can test the games prior to the customers leaving with the games to ensure that they are not faulty and that the customer leaves knowing that the games that he or she purchases is functional. We will also engage in programming and developing of games. A game arcade will also be part of the store where persons can come in and play games and socialize with their peers and other teenagers. The store will be selling the games at reasonable prices and the customers will save a lot. The Gamers Dream was selected because there in not of its kind in Dominica and by doing so I believe the youths as well as adult would be happy to have such a business in Dominica.

JUSTIFICATION OF LOCATION

Gamers Dream will be located on 10 Independent Street, Roseau Dominica opposite the Roseau Co-operative Credit union in the vicinity of Franz in the building which wants housed Perkey’s Pizza. It is also known as Piper step. This location was chosen because there are bus stops along that area the National Bank of Dominica, other stores and the credit union are located in that area. I must say that this road has heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic and by that many persons especially school children seeing the sign will enter and purchase. The teenagers will definitely come in and play at the arcade. I anticipate further growth in the business of the location because space of the building and its location. The building where the business is located is easy to find. It is located not far from the Police Station and the Fire and ambulance services. Most importantly the building is equipped with safe equipment.

SELECTION OF APPROPRIATE LABOUR
The type of labour that is necessary is skilled and trained labour. A total of five persons will gainfully employ with Gamers Dream. Each employee will be given specific task based on their expertise: a cashier who will be responsible for cashing each items that leave the store; a game programmer who is responsible for ensure that the games that a programmed are functional before leaving the store; a technician who has knowledge of the different type of games and is able to repair them and a floor supervisor who has full knowledge of the operations of the company, who is also trained and has knowledge of the business.

SOURCES OF FIXED AND WORKING CAPITAL
The sources of Gamers Dream capital will come from personal savings and from family members who assist in the upcoming of the company. Whereas the money will be coming from savings one will not have to pay the bank any interest on the money. The total amount of money which will be used will be fifty thousand dollars (EC$50,000.00) it will be divided equally in fixed and working capital. The money will be used for purchasing of games, material, securing of the rental building in first instance.
