* Kudler Fine Foods is a business that is set out to, “provide customers with the finest selections of the very best foods and wines (University of Phoenix, 2011).” This is its mission and as part of making that mission work, Kathy Kudler has decided to offer certain items that are deemed the best and has decided to expand. Perishable foods are good to offer to customers who seek nothing but the best. However in the long run just how much will the stores lose in the up keep of keeping everything fresh. Some items will only be able to last for several days and will cost the business the cost of the item, cost of employing someone to restock, and the cost of the item to be shipped or received. Many things have to be consider before making such big decisions, for these little issues and or problems can determine your success.
* Not only does Kudler have products that might not sell or would cost too much to sell, they also have an owner who thinks that she can run the business on her own. How can one person be able to guide, train, support, motivate, and coach employees at the same time over look two store locations? Being able to hire others to help you as a business owner will help to lessen the stress and give you more ideas on how success can be seen. There are so many things that she would have to worry about that would make her unfocused and stressed. Hiring other members to management will help to establish a team of thinkers who will help to create better solutions the issues that exist.
* With a team of management and employees working towards a mission, Kudler Fine Foods will see success in all its ventures. Being able to open the doors to more management positions will help to create a group of minds with the ability to create better opportunities for the business. As a team discussions will be made in regards to how the business should proceed, what they should sell, and where they need to look to attract clientele.
