Singapore is widely known as an information technology hub mainly due to the efficient telecommunications infrastructure that it possesses. “The ICT sector, as defined by ICT-Singapore, is estimated to have contributed $26 billion in value-added (or 20 per cent) to Singapore’s GDP in 1996.” (Singapore Department of Statistics, 1998)

As an Information Technology company, CHASSAsia(Singapore) should be mainly aware of this rapid growth of technology and keeps up with the advances in order to be a top player in the ICT sector.

There are also a lot other nationals and races who migrate to Singapore for better job opportunities and the number of immigrants has been increasing year by year.
