The Rapid rewards program is the name of the program today. Southwest Airline has many partnerships for their frequent flyer program, for example B est Western, Hilton, Marriott, and many of the major hotels.

How do Southwest airlines measure up to their quality of service? The mission of Southwest Airlines is dedication to the highest quality of customer service delivered with a since of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and company spirit. According to Herb Kelleher, the genius of the Southwest culture was created in 1971, the first year of operation for Southwest. Since that time Southwest culture has grown to include programs such as SWAG (Southwest Airlines Gratitude). There is a companywide Culture Committee whose goal is to help create Southwest spirit and culture were needed; to enrich it and make it better where it already exists; and to liven up in places where it may be “floundering” of sort. This group’s goal is to do whatever it takes to create enhance and enrich the special Southwest spirit and culture that has made this such a “wonderful” Company/Family (Southwest Culture Committee). The golden rule at Southwest is to treat others as you want to be treated and their logo is One Luv. Southwest commitment is providing its employees with a stable work environment with equal opportunity for leaning and personal growth. Creativity and innovation are encouraged for improving the effectiveness of Southwest Airlines. Employees are encouraged to combine humor with responsibility (Messina).Above all, employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude with the organization that they are expected to share externally with every Southwest Customer.
