Phase 1.18.2 Hangers and Supports under HVAC is currently at 59% completion and also is behind schedule, this phase also will end up finishing late and over budget. This task responsibility is on the HVAC Company, but typically the Builder is usually the one to hire the HVAC as well, once again if the Builder hired them then the responsibility relies again on the Builder. Phase 1.19.2 Conduit under Electrical is currently at 91% completion and also is behind schedule, this phase also will end up finishing late and over budget. This task responsibility is on the Electrician, but typically the Builder is usually the one to hire the Electrician as well, once again if the Builder hired them then the responsibility relies again on the Builder. Phase 1.21.1.1 Ferris wheel to ship is currently at 94% completion and also is behind schedule, which looks like the Ferris wheel shipping is delayed and will put back the next tasks. This task responsibility is on the Supplier, but typically the Builder is usually the one to hire to order the supplies, once again if the Builder order the Ferris wheel then the responsibility relies again on the Builder. The last phase 1.21.2 Ropes course install and training is currently at 56% completion and also is behind schedule, this phase also will end up finishing late and over budget. This task responsibility is on the Ride Supplier, but typically the Builder is usually the one to hire to hire the suppliers, once again if the responsibility relies again on the Builder.
