Para que la fusión entre InterClean y EnviroTech sea de forma exitosa se deben tomar en consideración varios aspectos. Existe un punto muy importante que para el subordinado tomar en consideración el puesto son los beneficios que la organización les ofrece. Según Aquino (2008) todos aquellos pagos, en metálico o en
especie, con que la organización retribuye a quienes en ella trabajan. La persona que brinda sus servicios una de las formas que la empresa utiliza son las compensaciones tales como: sueldo, incentivos y prestaciones en efectivo. o Licencia de paternidad – El empleado que vaya a ser padres tendrán derecho de disfrutar de una licencia de cinco días para que puedan formar parte del nacimiento de sus hijos.

o Licencia funeral - Esta licencia se concederá por un periodo de cinco días laborables por la muerte del padre, madre, hermano(a), esposo(a), hijos o abuelos del subalterno. En caso de ser un familiar cercano que no sea los mencionados anteriormente las ausencias podrán ser cargadas a vacaciones con autorización del supervisor a cargo.

o Beneficios de estudio – A todo aquel subordinado que desee estudiar se le costeara la matrícula, siempre y cuando sea en el área relacionada a sus funciones. El subalterno tendrá que presentar sus calificaciones a personal de recursos humanos, para de esa manera saber que el dinero que se invierte es muy bien aprovechado y debe tener un promedio de 2.50 como mínimo. Por otra parte el empleado tendrá el compromiso de continuar prestando sus servicios a la empresa.

o Bono de navidad - El subordinado tendrá derecho a un bono en la época de navidad, debe haber trabajado setecientas horas o más entre el 1 de octubre de un año y el 30 de septiembre del siguiente año.

o Plan de Retiro – El patrono y el subalterno contribuye con un porciento a un plan de ahorro con el fin de crear un plan de jubilación a todo empleado que haya dedicado los años de servicio a la organización.

o Plan de acciones – Todo subordinado que desee adquirir un paquete de acciones tendrá el poder adquisición.

o Incentivo o bono por ventas – Anualmente se ofrecerá un incentivo económico a el subalterno que haya realizado la ventas más alta en se terminó de tiempo.

o Horario flexible – Cada empleado dejara saber de los horarios que tiene establecida la organización el cual será de su mayor conveniencia.

La corporación que le presente estos óptimos beneficios y sean de interés para el personal que se encuentra dentro de la empresa, como para el personal que ingresa nueva a la organización. Con este plan de compensación compromete al subordinado a trabajar de forma comprometido y a realizar una excelente labor en sus tareas diarias. El plan de beneficios lo que desea es que las ventas aumenten mes tras mes, pero que se ofrezca un servicio de excelencia a nuestros clientes.
