High scorers tend to be imaginative, creative, and to seek out cultural and educational experiences. Low scorers are more down-to-earth, less interested in art and more practical in nature. Compared to other people who have taken this test, your score on this dimension (24) is about average.

1. Of the five personality traits, I scored high on three of them and average on the other two. I scored high on extraversion and I would agree with the results. I find myself bored when there is no one around to talk to. I love being around my friends and also meeting new people. I agree with my high score on factor two as well. Sometimes I find myself questioning if I am too nice. I tend to trust people very easily. Factor three’s results can be confirmed using school as an example. If I have an assignment due I make plans to get it done. It is rare that I would not follow through with the plan and not have the task completed. I believe it is fitting that I scored an average on personality trait number four. Unfortunately, I do get stressed out about certain things; however, I try not to let it affect me much. I cannot disagree with the last personality trait score either. I feel as if I have a good mix of interests in both learning and in nature.
2. I believe that my high score of 35 on the extraversion personality trait highlights a strength of my leadership skills. I enjoy being social and interacting with people whether I know them or am meeting them for the first time. A great leader has to be able to socialize in situations where it’s necessary. Having an average score for neuroticism highlights a personality weakness for me. If I am stressed out I might not be at my best for having to lead.
3. My ideal leadership position is being captain on a basketball team. Agreeableness plays a huge role in this situation. I am able to communicate exceptionally well with my teammates. I believe in encouraging the confidence of each player because it makes everyone step their game up to the next level. Sometimes I have to make sure I don’t get too upset when things aren’t going our team’s way.
