The purpose of this paper is to identify values and align them with Kudler Food Values and write a paper based on my personal values.

• Loyalty is a commitment and faithfulness to a person or cause. Those who are loyal to their family, friends, organizations and country stand behind and support them during good times and bad times.
• Those who accept responsibility are reliable, dependable and willing to take accountability for who they are and what they do. They believe they have a moral obligation to help others and to make a contribution to the society they live in.
No matter what values we choose live by, it is vital that we look at the big picture, assess what we want our role to be, and map out how we intend to conduct our lives.
Although, there are many people and businesses that have different concept of values, it all comes down to a singular principle of making the right choices for yourself and others. Values can vary from culture, upbringing, nationality, creed, etc., nevertheless the values we set forth for ourselves and our businesses should mirror the general principle of do onto others, as you would have them do onto you. Most people do not realize the totality of impact that their actions within a company can project. Decisions affect more than just a person or a board that runs a company. It affects all of those elements associated with a company when it conducts business dealings.

While I was undergoing the Ethics Awareness Inventory Assessment I began to understand the seriousness that ethics plays in the dynamics of the workplace and the business market. The impacts and simplicity of an ethics creed incorporated into a business plan can have several advantages when it comes to dealings in the business markets and the average consumer. Clients and consumers what prefer to do business with companies that take responsibility for their actions and the products they offer. In today’s business market, clients and consumers have more information available to them in order to make decisions about what they buy and who they conduct business with.
