In my opinion, personal responsibility means that you are responsibility for the choices you make.in life good or bad. Being able to accept responsibility for our own actions is mandatory for our personal and academic success. After deciding what program I was going to enroll in and what school I was going to attend, the next step in my plan was determining how I was going to pay for school.
