Your goal for the future is to be happy regardless of what you choose to do. You want to be satisfied with your decisions, to be able to accept and forgive, and most of all to be able to live up to the expectations you have for yourself. You must realize that you cannot set you goals and dreams on the basis of others and you need to achieve things for yourself. You will only accomplish your goal in being happy when you are able to live your life and still be able to provide love and support to others.

How can you describe a leader? First, Leaders are important. Second, there is always a leadership crisis of one kind or another, at any given time. Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. In this article, I would like to elaborate upon some qualities of a good leader, the relationship between leaders and the followers, the difference between a leader and a manager, between leadership and authority, and finally touch upon the possible evils and misuse of power and leadership positions.

We have all heard the cliché that leaders are born and not made. I do not agree with this statement because true leaders are made and further developed out after years of experience and practice of certain skill-sets. Effective leaders are rare. Good leaders develop through a never-ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience. Leaders inspire their workers into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be, know, and, do. These do not come naturally, but are acquired through continual work and study. Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills.
