Database is collection of related information stored so that it is available to many users for different purposes. Database management system is very large and integrated collection of data. Database contains the information about one particular enterprise. DBMS is software package to design, maintain and store data. DBMS is important to all organizations because

A “PATIENT AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is computerized management system. This management system has been developed to form whole management system including Employees, Doctor, Nurses, Patients and Bills. Patient and service Management System includes registration of patients, storing their details into the system and also computerized billing in the pharmacy, and labs. Our software has the facility to give a unique id for every patient and stores the details of every patient and the staff automatically. It includes a search facility to know the current status of each room. User can search availability of a doctor and the details of a patient using the id.
