Organizational culture (OC) is a noticeable force in any organization. Created by the employees shared values, beliefs, work habits, and actions. The organizational culture (OC) leads individual decisions and actions unconsciously. As a result, it can have a powerful effect on a company’s well-being and success.

There are three insights for organizational cultures that can affect the outcome of the organization in question. Among these insights are passive/defensive culture, constructive culture, and the aggressive/defensive culture. Its goal is to improve productivity, reduce absenteeism and turnover, and increasing employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Diversity includes gender, race, age, ethnic group, personality, organizational function, education, background, and much more. Diversity involves how people view themselves, but how they perceive others. Those observations affect their interaction. For employees to function effectively as an organization, management needs to deal with issues effectively such as adaptability, change, and communication. According to (Robbins & Judge , 2009) “The challenge for organizations, therefore, is to make themselves more accommodating to diverse groups of people by addressing their different lifestyles, family needs, and work styles. The melting-pot assumption is being replaced by one that recognizes and values differences.”

The importance of effective communication in an organization is crucial. Effective business communication strategies are significant because they establish trust and rapport between employees and team members. Keeping employees informed, individuals are innately more trusting of their colleagues and certain that work is being done. Effective communication ensures that opportunities and pending issues are being handled by the appropriate staff member. On the other hand, poor communication leads to disgruntled employees, missed deadlines, and the potential for employee turn over rates.
