EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The following report contains information on defining a business communication model of Faysal Bank Limited. As a group, we choose Islamabad branch (Northern Head Office of the bank).
We have discussed the steps that Faysal Bank is taking with reference to communication system which includes both internal and external communication. Internal communication includes communication within the Faysal Bank branches throughout the country. In external communication, they communicate with their clients, account holders, potential and possible depositors. The bank is outlined by the departments and relationships among different dimensions in any of their transactions. All the departments in the bank have their own way of communication with respect to inside as well as the outside communication is concerned.
We have discussed the communication from top level management to branch level officers. In this report we have also mentioned communication within the groups and meeting of the groups. In the end we have also examined their internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats in the banking sector.
A business cannot be run without the possible and appropriate way of communication. In the report we defined all of those possible parts of communications that are usually very important for the departments of the bank and Faysal Bank is now practicing them regularly.

MISSION STATEMENT

Being a financial institution owned by the Dar Al-Mal Al Islami (DMI) Trust based in Geneva, Switzerland, the mission statement of Faysal Bank matches that of the group
and is:

The introduction of a just and equitable financial system by being a world class multi-purpose financial institution, providing a range of specialized services,
working on Shariah principles.
