Ans: 1 Our organization primary objectives regarding employees is to devote their maximum working hours to the organization. This is because our organization deals with recruiting people to abroad countries. The work itself requires high demand for working hours from the employees. Working 8 hours a day is not sufficient enough for the organization to achieve their targets. So, our organization uses various tools of motivation in order to increase the working hours of employees and also not discouraging them with their works. The tools are:

Ans: 2 The different tools mentioned in the question no.1 such as payroll, incentives and social security is related with the hierarchy of needs theory. The need theory author has specified about these factors such as physiological, social etc needs that motivates the employees. In our organization employees seems to be motivate with these lower order needs. Since, our organization focuses on emphasizing employee to work long working hours in their duties. So, the employee concept of motivation seems to be lower order needs of needs of hierarchy needs theory. Employee seems to be happy if they are provided the pay according to their working hours. They don’t want to work for free nor do they like to think about the organizational development and their career development.

Had our organizational focuses on improving the employee development or their career development then they might have change their perception about how they would motivate towards their work and would have accepted the higher order needs of theory. Employees are forced to act and behave how the organizational perceive them.

So, in this need theory the changes that I would like to change about the employee perception towards their organization. In the need theory all the factors are related to the needs of the employee rather than the organization. If the employee perception could be changed about their own needs rather than their organization then the needs theory would be complete motivation theory. Therefore, organization should also...
