Explain the role of motivation at FacileAvion by focussing on the following areas:


Discuss how different managerial styles may impact on employee engagement at a company
such as FacileAvion (3.1)
Compare and contrast at least two motivational theories determining their usefulness on
employee satisfaction (3.2)
Evaluate whether motivational theories are in fact useful in increasing employee
engagement and satisfaction (3.3)
