Organizational Behavior Forces Discussion
Certain forces can affect behavior in an organization. These forces, whether internal or external, tend to influence how employees and management perform on a daily. Through examples such as competition, restructuring, customer demands, and economy I will compare and contrast the organizations of my learning team.

For example, a deal that pays the customer if we do not deliver on time 98% of the time puts pressure upon the employees.
At Deans’ organization he sees a similar demand of producing the product as soon the customer orders. The customer has a high threshold for quality and will reject the product if it does meet the standards. This creates contingency variables or “if x leads to y under the condition of z,” (Judge & Robbins, 2009). These are problems his company must work through. His company loses money if they have to reproduce the parts over. If the product has to be reproduced this will also cost the company in overtime expense employees may differ on if he...
