An organization that uses the organizational behavior terminology and concepts can promote change and will create a productive work environment for its employees. This can lead to positive changes in the workplace. In this paper, I will explain the key concepts in organizational culture, organization behavior, diversity, and communication within the workplace.

Although this may be true, a good manager should learn how to prevent problems. A good manager should communicate with employees daily. Job satisfaction for any employee will produce an effective employee who will produce productivity for the organization. Organizational behavior is important to management who are responsible for managing employees. This include; the process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Without these factors a manager will fail. First a manager should define his or her goals and know how to achieved ones goals when planning a project. Without an organized workplace, employees will establish that management is incompetent and lose respect with manager’s ability to do a good job. Leading is establishing directions and influencing employees to follow. The controlling function involves making sure goals are met and building trust within the team. Organizational behavior is values and beliefs shared among members of an organization that affects the way they interact and accomplish certain task (Schermerhorn, Hunt, & Osborn, 2008).
